Co-Founded Victory Rock Capital, a 25-year investment banker and CFO, to bring institutional-grade private placements to accredited investors. As Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Daniel sources, structures, and secures bespoke investment opportunities—guiding clients into rigorously vetted real estate, energy, aerospace, technology, and specialty-asset projects. Once these projects pass our stringent due-diligence phase, we confidently recommend them to investors based on their strategy and goals.
Daniel’s 25-year track record speaks for itself: he built a $25M+ fundraising engine forM & A DevCo and secured a $75M anchor commitment for a landmark high-rise development—scaled America’s Home Choice into a national real estate and mortgage platform with over 360 agents, spearheaded fundraising initiatives and structured complex, multi-million-dollar development deals in collaboration with builders, and raised more than $80M in oil & gas capital—including launching a Beijing office to tap Asian markets.
